ESD Compliance (ANSI/ESD S20.20 Alignment)

Our ESD product line is engineered to the static dissipative range required by electronics manufacturing:

  • ESD pipe surface resistance: 106 to 109 ohm
  • Tested per batch, resistance certificates provided with delivery
  • Compatible grounding components: ground wires, common point grounds, wrist strap connectors
  • Suitable for EPA (ESD Protected Area) workstation builds

Material Test Documentation

Available with every order:

  • Steel tube wall thickness certificate (tolerance ±0.05mm)
  • Coating thickness verification (PE / ABS / ESD coatings)
  • Weld strength test reports (automated TIG welding, 85-95% of base metal strength)
  • ESD surface resistance test results per batch
