YUSI - Dongguan Yusi Automation Technology Co., Ltd. - has designed and manufactured modular pipe and joint systems since 2009. We are based in Dongguan, Guangdong, one of the world's densest manufacturing regions, and we supply lean pipe, metal joints, roller track, casters and complete workstations to factories in South America, North America, Europe and Africa.
A pipe and joint system is a set of coated steel or aluminium tubes joined by reusable metal connectors. Because nothing is welded, a workstation, flow rack or cart can be taken apart and rebuilt into a different layout within a single shift. That is why factories use it for line changeovers, seasonal capacity swings, and pilot runs before committing to fixed automation.
Our standard lean pipe is 28 mm outer diameter, produced at 27.8 ± 0.2 mm, from SPCC steel on an ERW high-frequency welded tube line. Wall thickness options are 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 and 2.0 mm. Coating is PE or ABS, with an ESD-dissipative version for electronics assembly. Standard length is 4,000 mm per piece and we cut to size on request. Colours include beige, white, ivory, black, blue, apricot, green, red, yellow, grey and orange.
We run more than 5,000 square metres of production space, with two dedicated lean pipe lines and four automatic stamping machines for joint manufacturing. By 2021 YUSI had become one of the larger lean pipe and joint manufacturers in China by output volume.
Typical builds include ESD workstations, gravity flow racks, kitting carts, KPI boards, trolleys and LCIA (low cost intelligent automation) fixtures. Our systems are used alongside industrial aluminium profile assembly, lean production lines, linear modules and small lift platforms.
Most export customers buy in one of three ways: by component (pipe, joints, roller track, casters), by kit (a cut list for one specific bench or rack), or as a complete build from a drawing. We ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou in export cartons on pallets, and we cut to length in-house so you do not need a saw on site.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and our products carry CE certification for the European market. ESD products are engineered to the 106 to 109 ohm surface resistance range and tested per batch. Full details are on our certification page.
